Heston Blumenthal is one of the very best chefs in the world. He’s made his name with original and, some might say, downright bizarre dishes served at his famous restaurant, The Fat Duck - Snail Porridge, Egg & Bacon Ice Cream and Fish n’ Chips (served with an iPod)!   After his success in turning round Little Chef, Heston wants to take his totally unique approach to food out to the wider world. In each of this series, the Big Chef meets a Big brand - organisations like British Airways, The Royal Navy, Cineworld and the NHS – each with a major culinary challenge they want Heston to solve.
