Former Secretary of Defense, Michael Portillo examines the difficulties faced by President Obama in trying to close the controversial detention facilities at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.  Over a year, the film documented the prison camps at Guantanamo, and travelled to Yemen, Bermuda and Washington to investigate what could be done with the 240 remaining prisoners.  Some of them are thought to be too dangerous to release, but impossible to successfully prosecute in a Court of Law.
